Backend systems at Racanaa Energy — IoT equipment configuration, a workflow-driven service request platform, and the admin/access layer behind them. Lately that means tightening configuration-validation logic and audit trails so changes to production devices stay safe and traceable across 500+ sites.

Learning

Teaching myself AI, deliberately — not skimming headlines, but learning it as infrastructure: how models are served, what embeddings and retrieval actually do, evaluation, and where it plugs into the systems I already build. Writing about it here is how I make sure I actually understand it.

Tinkering

Building pipelines for the sheer enjoyment of it — data flows, video streaming, and image processing — and picking up a sprawling toolbox of tools and technologies along the way.

On the court

Keeping the ball alive. Volleyball is my reset button — a couple of evenings a week, plus whatever pickup games I can find.

Off the grid

Heading back to the hills of Uttarakhand whenever I can, camera in hand. Travel photography is a work in progress, but it keeps me looking at the world from different angles.
